Order Time

We aim to keep our online inventory accurate and up-to-date. However, sometimes we might come across a glitch where item becomes unavailable. In that case we will promptly notify you via email, offer substitution options, or provide a full refund for the unavailable item.

In-stock orders typically ship within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday during normal business hours, excluding national holidays. 

Pre-order or Pre-sale items will ship according to their estimated shipping dates as they are received from our manufacturers. 

·        If you ordered both in-stock AND pre-order items, we will ship entire order in the pre-order shipping time frame. We will not split shipment so please plan accordingly.
