Shipping policy

Shipping/Returns Policy:
All "in stock" orders are shipped within 5 - 10 business days, custom monogramming or crotchet appliqué will add extra additional time.
All sales are final - there are no returns, exchanges or refunds. However, in the case that your order has a defect we will allow exchange and the cost of return shipping will be refunded once we receive the original product.
